Certification not received

How much time it takes to get the certification.

I have cleared designer core certification 2 weeks ago but still didn't received my certification.

You can generate your certificate straight from Credly! We no longer email these separately and have given you the power to download the certificate PDF files at your convenience. Review the Credly Badge Earner Guide for more information.

19. It has been longer than 48 hours since I earned my Core certification automatically by passing all four Core Micro-Credential exams. Why haven’t I received my Core badge from Credly?

Congratulations! It can take up to 72 hours to receive a badge that was earned by stacking micro-credentials, as the system first has to register the micro-credentials. For more information about the Core Micro-Credentials, check out our FAQ.

Check your spam filters from Credly. If you missed the email you can sign up for an account using the email provided on your core exam and the certification should show up to you on Credly to accept. You show that you have the badges on your profile page. See below the screencap from your profile.
