Cannot input a yxdb file on ONEDRIVE Input tool. HELP ASAP

Hello,

I tried to upload a yxdb file coming from OneDrive server to Onedrive input . Although I installed the version of onedrive that's compatible with O365, everytime i run it , it say "filename.yxdb is not a valid yxdb file" although it's REALLY a yxdb file as seen on file properties. Im sure my configuration were correct (file format chosen is yxdb).

Any issue here? That would be great.

Hi @TheaAbella000 - Just reaching out to see if you're still experiencing issues bringing a .yxdb file type into Alteryx? If so, can you please send through the error? Do you have problems with any other file types? Thanks, Emily

@EmilyCR Hello yea unfortunately this is the warning/error i got and im sure the file im trying to upload is yxdb. Any idea what causing this? Thanks
