Hello - I am attempting to take the core certification exam for the 3rd time today. It said I was able to take it at 12:57PM on 12/13/2019, but I am still unable to take it. It is past this time in central time, where I am located.
Does anyone have a solution to this? Do I need to wait for mountain time because they're located in Colorado?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It says that the time for your next exam is based on the time zone in your community account. The default is U.S. Pacific Time so this may be the reason. If you give it another hour and 45 mins or so you should be able to take it again.
Thank you! I'm just an idiot for not realizing it was pacific time!
No worries! Different time zones can make things confusing. Best of luck on your next attempt!
