@df,

I like using formulas rather than the date time macro

DateTimeParse(
padleft(ToString(((ToNumber(REGEX_Replace([text field], "(\d+)\.\d+", '$1'))-1)*7+1)),3,"0")
+right([text field],5),"%j.%Y")

When I tried to simply use %U.%Y, all of the output was 2018-01-01.  I then decided to approximate the data and use the %j (Julian) date.

Cheers,

Mark
