Calculating Net Operating Loss usage

I have a workflow that calculates taxable income. If there is a loss for the year it buckets the amount into a NOL Generated column and if there is income for the year then it tries to calculate how much NOL can be used to get the taxable income to zero. My issue is that the NOLs used to offset subsequent years income must be used in the order that they were created. The NOLs also have a different limit based on the year they were created. So if you are trying to offset the current year income with an NOL created in 2017 then you are limited to 100% but if you are trying to offset income using NOL created after 2017 then you are limited to 80% of that year's income. How would I keep track of how much income is being offset by the NOL in a PY year? I've attached an example in Excel to show what I'm trying to do.

I'd try to identify how you can pull that spreadsheet apart into separate tables. It seems at first glance you need a couple of small tables for

Taxable NOL Table

Year %

Remaining Taxable NOL Table

Year %

Look at creating them with the manual input tool. Next I'd look at a multi-row tool to do the calculations
