Breaking data into columns

Hello! I currently am using some summarize/union tools to pull data into some subtotal groupings, but I would like to further break the data into columns. I have attached an excel file showing what the data is coming out of alteryx as and then how I want it to look, can someone have a look and let me know if this is even possible in alteryx? I have been tinkering around for a while now and I am just at a loss. I am sort of new to Alteryx so this may be a newbie question, but I want to learn! Thanks in advance!

Hi @kelseyfalls,

The attached converts your data to the format desired.  You may be able to save some of these steps by manipulating data earlier in your workflow.

Hey @kelseyfalls ,

use crosstab tool to convert rows into columns with attached configuration. it will works. Also add some values in blank data.

Thanks

Hi @kelseyfalls , welcome to the joy of Alteryx! Thank you for including sample data showing your desired output - this gives us a clear picture of what you're trying to do and helps us answer your questions more quickly and accurately.

A cross tab tool is probably your best bet for getting this done. A cross tab tool basically mimics pivot table functionality from Excel, so you can take data that is in rows and turn it in to your columns. An example is shown in the screenshot below and is attached.
