Hello,
As the subject line suggests, I am using report text tool to draft an email body for the email tool.
All the available fields I am using are working fine except for 1 type. The [count of A] field I am adding isn't reflecting the value which is there for [Count of A], instead it is coming as it is, in output I am seeing using browse tool.
Rest all available fields I have inserted, values are getting reflected for them as desired.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

@ShantanuDagar Can you share the Report Text tool settings?
@ShantanuDagar The [Count A] field is part of the table?
@ShantanuDagar Make sure to insert the field from the Available Fields option. If you're free typing, you run the risk of mistyping - case insensitivity, additional spaces etc. If you see the field name literally being inserted, you've probably mistyped.
Type Q Year Table Quarter Subject Count A Count B
Manual 1 2024 Table - View Browse Tool Report Tab Q1'24 Data Breaks Exceptions Q1'24 4 0
This is the data which is flowing in report text tool.
In the text data,
I am using fields Quarter, Type and Count A.
Quarter and Type are reflecting correctly as values (Q1'24, Manual respectively) while Count A is coming as Count A instead of 4.
And I am selecting the fields directly from available fields instead of typing them out.
The format is getting a bit disorganized here
[Q=1, year=2024,Quarter=Q1'24, Count A=4, Subject=Data Breaks Exceptions Q1'24 etc.]
@ShantanuDagar is this getting what you want? I created a junk table object and I'm placing the fields above the table. They are displaying the values.
