Hello. I am trying to figure out how to populate a drop-down. I entered my data sets below. The goal would be to join the two sheets (usually they would be two separate files from 2 sources) and have the drop-down select a person and populate a .pdf with their choices & table number with the logo of the restaurant on top as well as the guest's name. I also would want this to be run in the future with different people, so the names would have to be able to populate when running this as an app - they wouldn't stay the same. I'm stuck on trying to figure this out so any help would be appreciated.
Into the Drop Down tool You have an option to add a option to Add external file or a field form Connected tool as well so you can use this Dropdown tool over your Filter tool to Select your Guest and as the Main Data increases of Guest are added the Dropdown will automatically Update to the Available Values.
