Arranging output

Hi, I have my output in place

And I want to add two rows in the bottom of my output that I have created separately and are matching with the headers. i.e.

And in my output these rows should be aligned like this at the bottom of the data:

If you can help how to move ahead on this?

Your column B would need to be a String data type. Then use the Union tool to manually align columns from different data streams.
