Hi,
I'd like to remove the annotations from the canvas.
I know how to remove them individually, but I'd like to know whether there is an option in the User Settings to remove all of them.
thank you

Click on blank space anywhere in your canvas this should pop up this window towards the left. If this doesnt work can you share me snapshot of your alteryx screen.
Hope this helps : )

hi @atcodedog05
thank you. I manage to see the configuration setting for the canva and the Annotation =Hide
However, I draged a formula tool on my canva and the annotation is not hidden. Do you know why? thank you

"Using canvas settings" references the main canvas setting. You can have 2 more options always and never in the tool when this is selected annotation for the tool is fixed and independent of canvas settings.
Hope this helps : )

Let's say I have set Annotation settings as hide like below. Since all my tools are set with Annotation: Use canvas settings all tools have their annotations hidden.
Now if i set tool Annotation as always. Annotation for tool will show no matter what the canvas annotation config is.
Hope this helps : )
