Analyzing open text survey responses?

Hi all,

My company is looking to summarize survey results of over 1k participants in a conference. The responses are open text though so there aren't any ways to numerically analyze it since there are no standard answers. Are there any tools available that can provide some insights to what people are saying? 

The question was something like "What was your favorite part of the conference?" so responses could be anything from "I enjoyed the networking opportunities", "learning about the company's culture", and so on. 

We do have Intelligence Suite if that matters. I know about the Word Cloud tool but that doesn't quite do what we're looking for.
