Alteryx using API to interact with UI

Hello,

Can alteryx designer interact and export data out from NICE (call center sw) UI reports

and also interact with Genesys reports? Do we need an API for that?

For NICE - which admittedly I had never heard of until your post - there is an API here - https://www.nice.com/products/open-cloud-platform/restful-apis

For Genesys the API is here: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/KC/latest/API/ReportingAPI

so the short is - I have no idea how to use either's API but both seem to have APIs.
