Alteryx Scheduler Workflow - File Not Found

Question

Hi All,

I have a workflow that, when run manually, runs without any issues. However, when I put the workflow on Alteryx Scheduler (NOT server), the workflow is unable to pick up files from a shared folder.

I've tried multiple approaches suggested online such as...

* Having the workflow run from disk, rather that from a saved file on Scheduler
* Changing the file being picked up from an excel workbook to a .yxdb file

Attached is a screenshot of the error being thrown.

Is there any more information anyone can provide?

Hi @mpprime

When you configure your scheduler from System Setting, there is a "Run As" option. Make sure it has your credentials so the scheduler has access to all the files and locations you have access to.
