Alteryx Gallery Memory Issue

Hi Alteryx community,

Hope you all are having a great weekend! I have created automated reports in Alteryx Gallery at the current company I work at leveraging a very large data set excel. The excel captures our daily sales for the month. This excel is our input for our automated executive PDF and half way through the month once the excel reaches 50 MB the alteryx gallery we have gives me the below error. If I try to run the script on my desktop (manually) the script continues to work and produce the required PDF. The problem I am having is once we exceed the gallery's limit I must log on during the weekends and execute the query. 

Is anyone aware of an alternate method / way to get the glary to continue to run this excel. There is no way for our team to shrink the size of the excel as all rows / fields are being leveraged. As boxing week is approaching an alternative method would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I wonder if your Alteryx Server (Gallery) has a file size limitation in the registry as described here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Size-limitation-Sharepoint-Online-File...
