Alteryx Custom Tool Installation Error - "Tool Installer Error: Parameter is not valid.

I am trying to install my custom Alteryx tool, but I keep getting the error "Tool Installer Error: Parameter is not valid." when installing the .yxi file.

I have attached images showing:

1) The error message.

2) The folder structure containing Config.xml, PAR_APIConfig.xml, PAR_APIGui.html, PAR_API.png, and Supporting_Macros. The installation directory where the tool is being placed. 

Looking for guidance on what could be causing this issue. Thanks!
