Hi Community!

Hey, I may be over reaching here, but I have to ask.

Is the attached possible? I have a sample data in the Data tab and I am wondering if it can be reformatted to create the table shown in the Example format tab?

Currently, in the example, I used a couple pivot tables to create.  I am not too concerned about the color coding either (or bolding), but more of the flow and structure of the report itself. I can go do some down river manipulation in the visualization tool for that. 

DDIESEL helped someone with the below workflow (link) and not sure if I can manipulate this to create my desired example?

I would appreciate any insight and help rendered!

So the two tables on the left can be created with a Summarize and Table tool, I've attached an example for those.

Is the data on the right a desired output as well?

Actually the table I am trying to create is the one on the right.

I just had those two pivot tables to aggregate the information so I can create the custom table/report.
