Alteryx Analytic App - Output File Path Designation

I created an App and want to save my file to the folder I choose. I looked at other topics and choose File Browse However, it still puts it to the path that the Output is designating in the actual Alteryx Workflow and ignored what I chose in the App. Does anyone know how to fix this?
