Hi is it just me, or are others having the same situation as me.....
I go to alteryx.com/support to open a support ticket.
My Chrome browser recognizes me and logs me in.
I select "Submit a case"
I'm asked to sign in to My Alteryx, which I do successfully.
The customer case portal, then asks me to confirm my email, which I enter correctly
Immediately...no waiting time or anything, I get an error message saying....
(yellow highlight added by me).
so what's going on?...anyone know?

@prpatel , in the portal, please submit the email that is associated with the license key that you are using to access Designer. The Community credentials are DIFFERENT than the licensing/entitlement credentials.
You can find this info in the "Help">"About" section in Designer.

I did , and the system told me that it was not valid. you should confirm your workflow behind this form.
@prpatel , it looks like you had to make a Community Account Merge request which you can request via community@alteryx.com.
