Align two rows into one cell

Hi Alteryx community,

Trying to find away to accomplish the below

I need to extract the following:

New Year's Day January 1 or New Year's Day 1 January

Martin Luther King Jr Day January 15

President Day February 19

Memoria Day May 27

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

@DanielCarro Where is the data from? Are you able to post the incoming data you have a screenshot of? This would be helpful in trying to help. My thought would be to look for an identifying column or cell to group the rows on so they can be manipulated into a different format. This would allow for easier parsing and preparing.
