Adding formatting and conditional formatting to output files

Hello!

I have a workflow for a survey that I need to make some edits/additions to and not sure if its possible. I have a master file that I am splitting up into multiple separate files (csv files) based on values within the data (one segment is by team and another is by individual). I also have a third tab that summarizes the responses based on the answers to the questions in the file.

I need to add the following formatting to the breakout teams/people files:

  1. Change color/bold column headers
  2. Wrap text of all cells
  3. Add conditional formatting that highlights the entire row red based on the same text response to any of the questions (essentially an IF columns X or Y or Z equal ABC)
  4. Add filters to column headers (nice to have but not a deal breaker)

Thank you!

@rdanella ,

You should use Report tools instead of output data tool.

This Tool Mastery page might help.

Good luck.

Hi, @rdanella

Kindly consider sharing a sample of the outputs and the formatting treatments you would like.

You can wash the data and change the column names - whatever solution the community surfaces for you can then be adapted to your actual use case by following the configurations.

I hope you find this helpful - cheers!
