Adding file name / file path to each record

Hi Team,

I just need help in adding file name/file path to each record,

• where I’m using the wildcard to read multiple files in a folder.
• I want the file name/file path to be added to each row of the data from which the file is being read.

The input tool has a configuration for this.

Find attached a test where fullpath is extracted for each line of file.

Just select Full Path on line 5 - Output File Name as field.

I agree , but I'm using the wildcard "*" to read the multiple files and also a batch macro since the files has a different schema .

It should still work. If it's not you probably need to set the same configuration in the input tool present in your batch macro.
