Add rows based on cell value

Hi All,

I'm new to Alteryx and need to create rows based on the Number in column B. If the number is 4, then I need to create 4 rows with each row counting down to 1. Hypothetically if I had the number 100 in column B, I would need to create 99 more rows and each row would be a countdown from 100 to 1. See below an example of my desired output:

Does anyone have any suggestions please? See attached my saved excel spreadsheet.
