Add a note in existing column from another column

Hi,

Is this even possible to add to note to an existing column. For example, I have a comment column and I need to add "SD caseID1234" thats from part of another column, is this possible?

thanks

Hi @Hi2023

If I understand your question, you can do with the help of Formula tool.

[Column1]+" "+[Column2]

Hi @Hi2023

Yes, you can use string functions to facilitate this. I usually add a trim to the function to avoid leading/trailing spaces in the event one of the fields is null. Depending on the complexity you could use if statements to craft the update.
