API - stuck at Download tool setup

Dear Friends,

and @TashaA 

I am trying to use the Download tool to get the data from this website using their APIs:

https://bcws.brightcloud.com/api-documentation.php

I have followed the steps to generate all the oauth_ parameter values and done till Step 3 as in the below image till generating the oauth_signature value.

After that, the documentation mentions how to construct the API request using all the components from Step 1 through Step 3. But my problem is that I am unable to convert the mentioned logic into the correct configuration of the Download tool.

Kindly provide some guidance and understanding of how to do the same.
