AB Test Error

Hello,

I am running a AB test with sample data and keep getting an error on the AB Controls Tool. I am confused because I have run nearly the exact same AB test before - from a workflow standpoint - but have never got this error before. I have 20 locations, and am using a treatment group size of 5; however the issue arises when I choose the number of control variables for each treatment. Even though 3 makes sense because 5 stores are my treatment, so the other 15 should be ok for control, I get an error when I select 2 or 3. If I lower the number to 1, it works fine, and if I increase it to 4 it works, I just get a warning that the controls aren't all unique. Little confused why using 2 or 3 is causing such issues. Any help would be appreciated (Workflow is attached)
