We have a project currently whereby we need to consolidate approximately 1800 Google sheets into one master file, approximately four times a day. We have a solution in place currently using Alteryx (detailed below), but its slow and requires manual process steps. I am just wondering if anyone has any better ideas how we could achieve the consolidation?
Current Process (Approx 90mins)
1) Download and zip files from Google drive to Windows (From GSheets to xlsx)
2) Unzip files to downloads
3) Run file consolidation macro in Alteryx

What's the file size? Is it running on your local machine or the server?

Running on our server, files are on average 400 KB.

Gotcha, I mean 1800 files in 90 minutes is ~3 seconds a file, which seems reasonable. What are the manual steps? I haven't done much with google sheets but might help give some ideas to others here.
