How can I delete all Columns, that does not contain any Data?

I want to sort, combine and wrangle data from one CRM to another one. Therefore I have a few questioins, mostly about columns:

 

1. How to delete all Columns, that does not contain any Data.

2. How to Sort Columns by Categories to merge the columns together that contain similar data or decide which Columns can be deleted completely, therefore I need to group them or move them together to have a better overview
