Issues on not getting email from credly even after completing the alteryxc core exams

 i have completed the alteryx micro-credential,and Alteryx designer core exam for my eduskill intenship but for it i have to upload badges from credly.the issue is i have not received mail from credly its been 3 weeks i have finihsed micro credential exam u can also see the proof i have completed but email is not recieved i also checked the spam folder entire email but not found i need urgent immediate help action from you kindly make step to sort out my issue am stressed out for a week i have put all my effort to complete the exam but credly annoys me badly pls do something
