Welcome to our updated Learner space!   You may have noticed some changes to the SparkED Community space; and we’re excited to announce that we are now bringing both our academic and independent learners together so that you can network and collaborate with each other.   We will be utilizing this space to provide you with resources and opportunities to better connect you with employers and help you as much as we can as you work towards your Alteryx Certifications. Make sure to become a member of this group by clicking the blue "Join Group" button in the upper right. This ensures you'll stay up-to-date on opportunities and future events where you can leverage your Alteryx skills and connect with others who are doing the same.   If you haven’t already seen information on our two newest programs, we want to make sure you know about Alteryx Mentor Connect and the Alteryx Talent Alliance.   Alteryx Mentor Connect Alteryx Mentor Connect is a network of mentors from the Maveryx community providing one-to-one subject matter expertise and guidance to learners through the Alteryx SparkED education program. Sign up to become a mentee, find mentors that match your interest areas, and schedule 1:1 meetings to get the help you need.   Alteryx Talent Alliance Alteryx Talent Alliance is a Private Linkedin group for Alteryx customers & Core Certified SparkED job-seekers. If you have received your Core Certification, and claimed your badge on Credly, you can request to join the group. There you’ll find opportunities for collaboration, job posts, as well as professional development opportunities posted by Alteryx or our customers.   We’re excited for all the ways you can participate and further connect with others.     Hi SparkED Network! Below is a recording of Session 2 of the Mastering Alteryx Designer Tools Training, where Alteryx ACE, @Deanna Sanchez, continues the series with Alteryx Data Preparation. Gain experience with tools such as Filter, Sort and Summarize as you analyze Airline Passenger Satisfaction Data. Additionally, you'll understand techniques for data filtering, sampling and grouping. The packaged workflow is attached to this thread. Deanna Sanchez, Alteryx ACE and GIS (Geographical Information Systems) expert, will be leading these trainings this upcoming Fall, sharing her expertise on all things data analytics and Designer core tools and functions through hands-on Alteryx Designer application with sample and/or publicly available datasets.   Participants will gain mastery over a variety of Alteryx Designer tools, including Input Data and Output Data Tools, Filter Tool, Union Tool, Parsing Tools, among many others. We'll provide you with real-world scenarios to put your skills to the test and gain practical data analytics and Alteryx experience.
