Outlook Input Tool Error- 404: Not Found

Question

Hello Everyone!  I just started using the outlook input tool.  I first had to work with our company security team to allow for me to gain access to my mail box.  After that was finished I was able to gain access to my mail box through the tool.  I started with a very simple query that included Mail, Start Date, End Date and Body.  I then receive an error 404: Not Found.

Does anyone have any experience with this error?

@ArtApa   Thank you for your reply.  The outlook tool I am using is the one that comes with Alteryx.  This is the help documentation that is provided by the tool  https://sites.google.com/view/paughtech/alteryx-tools/alteryx-outlook-input.
