Microsoft Excel Missing from Output Tool, how do I get it back?

Hi All,

Microsoft Excel Legacy (*.xlsx) is missing from my server output tool. How do I add it back? I discovered it was missing when I published a workflow that kept failing for no apparent reason.

If I open the workflow from the gallery on the server, the file format is blank

If I open the workflow form the gallery on my desktop, the file format is correctly populated (Microsoft Excel Legacy)

Any ideas?

Hi @adm510,

This is related to the MS Access Jet Driver. It's a legacy Driver that would need to be installed on the server in order to enable that output.
