Can I have a form within a form

Question

Hi everyone,

I´m looking for if it´s possible to have a form within a form. I mean, in order to execute a form yo have to set up the first tab, then the second... til the final tab and then execute the whole form, but what i need is execute the first tab, after the execution, options on my second tab should change based on the first tab execution and then i should be able to execute just the second tab.

Is it possible?
