Text Analysis

Hello,

I'm new to Alteryx and I have a task to do text analysis. I have a list of complaints  (Field_6 in the Test2 data)  in which I have to do bucketing on which complaint fall in which type given in the second table's field and based on that I have to count  highest complaint rate.

Please find the below attachment and suggest me how Can I do this.
