I have completed exam on 29-01-2026 and I have earned badge still i haven’t received certificate when will I receive it?

It has been already more than 72 hours still i didn't received any email from Credly. also I mailed them but no response as of now

It takes 72 hours for the Credly certificate to show up, according to the FAQ. https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Certification-Resources/Certification-FAQs/ta-p/1184138

If you don't receive it until then, e-mail certification@alteryx.com.
