Alteryx Designer Core certification

I have passed the 4 alteryx designer core exams (1-General Knowledge 2-Data Preparation 3-Data Manipulation 4-Data Transformation) and got all 4 certifcations sent to my email but i didnt get that only one that includes all 4 (Alteryx Designer Core) even though i have the badge in my profile.

What do you guys think i should do

16. What do I get when I pass an exam? 

You'll instantly earn a badge on your Alteryx Community profile to show off your achievement!

For Core Micro-Credentials, you’ll also receive a shareable graphic and a personalized downloadable certificate are included in your exam results email.

For all other Certification exams (including the Core when earned by passing all four micro-credentials), you'll get a Credly badge, which can be shared outside the Alteryx Community. Within 72 hours of passing your exam, you'll receive an email invitation from Credly to accept your badge. After accepting it, you can share your credential on social media and download a PDF certificate.
