Python tool configuration comes empty

Question

I am trying to use this python tool for the 1st time not sure if I have to install something or need any more upgradation help me out guys...
so the issue I am not able to see the Jupyter notebook in the configuration
 panel it just comes empty for the 1st few minutes it shows like loading then it goes empty.
what am i missing out here?

Tried re install and whitelisting but still its blank. Better open a support ticket.

This likely requires a reinstallation of the software, or possibly your antivirus software is blocking the Python environment from properly loading. I would recommend opening a support ticket from the webpage: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Support/bd-p/SupportPage
