Anyone else have this issue or know a solution? I've noticed lately anytime i use the search function to find a workflow, it shows that it matches no workflows. not searching clearly shows that it is there.

I had similar issue with users. I had to run an app called reindexing mongodb provided by Alteryx. Per below article, it may not be the recommended solution in all cases.
