Combining two files in one

Hi,

I'm trying to save two files in one excel in single tab(Existing .xlsx file)

I tried with layout->render but its not supporting .XLSX its in 2007 spreadsheet.xlsx format

Can you suggest how can i do this

Attached, file1 & file 2 for example whhich i wanted to show vertically one above the other in same sheet of existing excel file
