Formula question

I am working on solving a problem and stuck on how to derive the below. Any tips on how to get this subtotal would be appreciated.

calculate the subtotal for each line item (discount is per unit and shipping is a flat cost).find the Total cost for each order, the "Total Saved" for each order, and the number of days it took to pay the report in full.

In the Formula Tool, is "No. of Days" specified as a numeric data type (e.g., Int32)?
If you have chosen a character data type (e.g. string), SUM cannot be used.

@gayathri27 just check the data types.

For performing any type of Mathematical calculation we need to set the data type to numeric form.
