Download File from SharePoint

Question

My company still use Alteryx 2020.4.5.12471 and SharePoint should be Microsoft 365.  I tried to use Input tool directly to read file from SharePoint but it keeps saying I entered wrong ID and password. I also downloaded additional SharePoint tool but it seems not working on my version.

Is it not possible to use this version of Alteryx to read data from SharePoint?

Hey @zqlcancer,

You are right, the SharePoint Tools aren't compatible with your version. The latest version of the Sharepoint tool needs 2021.4. The earliest version requires 2021.2 (see. https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Community-Gallery/Sharepoint-Tools/ta-p/877903)

Older Versions can only use the Share Point List Tool (https://help.alteryx.com/20223/designer/sharepoint-list-input-tool).
