Getting error while using sharepoint output

Question

I am getting error "An error occurred while writing record. Record was partially written. Check List in SharePoint"

Can't be an issue with the configuration because I used the configuration for the Sharepoint Input tool and it is working but I keep getting error in the Sharepoint Output tool only.

Can you provide a screenshot of the SP Tool configuration?

I do use share point, however for small purpose to read data's.
