Alteryx cannot load or hang when link macro folder

i have been using Alteryx for quite some times without any issue, but since yesterday my Alteryx cannot be loaded, it hang at the loading screen

after few test, i found that when i remove the files inside the macro folder (network drive) i configured in user macro setting or i disconnect the network drive, then Alteryx can be loaded successfully. 

i am using version 2022.1

i tried re-install with 2021.3 version, same issue

need ur help urgently, coz all my workflow cannot work now as the macro link gone

@scm , that does seem strange.  I suggest submitting a support ticket to get some more help.
