In this week’s challenge, a handyman and local television star needs your assistance assessing his business using date/time analyses.
Bob, whose profession had been builder, decided to transition his business towards leasing construction equipment. Among other equipment, he has two cranes that he has been leasing for a while. He wants to get a better idea how his crane leasing business has been going.
Create a workflow that will show how many days both of his cranes have been leased at the same time during the years 2016-2018, the only years where he has a full set of data for both cranes.

Because having a reliable electricity source is important to many people, we tend to notice when the power goes out! While we might expect service outages during severe weather events and other natural disasters, sometimes the culprit is... fluffier and cuter, or slithers.
Using the provided dataset, find out: • How many outage events can we attribute to animals? List the culprits with the count of events in descending order.
Hint Use the animals listed in the "Operative" field and information from the "Article Title" field to replace values of "Animal" with the actual animals.
Note
All animal types present in this dataset are included in the "Operative" column.

If you're familiar with the Formula tool in Designer, you know that there aren't many things you can't do with it. But just because you can do something doesn't mean that you should. There are some tasks that can get a little repetitive when you have to do them over and over again. In those instances it can be more efficient to think about ways to make the process a little more dynamic. This also serves you well as you begin automating processes because it can keep workflows from breaking when datasets change.
For this week's challenge, we want to perform a simple calculation: divide each month's Tax value by its Cost value to find the Percentage. Since there are almost always multiple ways to accomplish the same task, go for a double dip and find two solutions to arrive at the final output.
