How to rearrange this table?

I'd like to change the formatting of this table to be vertical, grouped by Sample Name.  The actual table has 673 fields all in the same arrangement (Name, order, name, order, etc.  These column headers are all different for example task name1, order 1, task name 2, order 2, etc).

Sample NameTask NameTask OrderSubtask NameSubtask Order
Sample 1Task 11Subtask 11.1
Sample 2Task 11
Sample 3Task 21Subtask 11.1
Sample 4Task 11Subtask 21.1

Desired Result

Sample NameTask NameTask Order
Sample 1Task 11
Sample 1Subtask 11.1
Sample 2Task 11
Sample 3Task 21
Sample 3Subtask 11.1
Sample 4Task 11
Sample 4Subtask 21.1

You can use the Arrange tool to accomplish this.

Hi You can also use the basic select tool to arrange your columns.

Hers is the workflow for the same

The solutions mentioned above will both work on the sample data as described, but if I'm reading the requirements correctly, there are over 600 columns that need to be transposed down to just 2 columns. Here is a way to do just that assuming my reading is correct:
