Creating a count that restarts every blank cell

Hi All,

I have attached an example of what I am trying to do below. I want to create a count in the Ref ID field that starts the count when the Duplicate ID field is populated and Duplicate FileName is null, then I want it to assign that same number until the next instance where Duplicate ID is populated and Duplicate FileName is blank.

Maybe it is easier to have the count start when Duplicate FileName is null and only move to the next number the next time Duplicate FileName is blank?

You can use the formula tool along with the running total to accomplish this as well.
