Simply point the analytic app to any of your Alteryx workflows/macros/apps, and Alteryx will play your workflows back to you as music! This workflow utilizes a Python library called SCAMP (Suite for Computer-Assisted Music in Python) for the audio playback. The first time you use this workflow, you must run Alteryx as Administrator. **EDIT: I've heard that on some computers, you don't need admin rights. Mine always needed admin, but yours might work without!
Troubleshooting tips:
- The first time you use this workflow, you must run Alteryx as Administrator. This will give Python adequate permission to install the SCAMP package. To run as administrator, find the Alteryx icon on your desktop or applications folder. Right-click on the icon and select "run as administrator". Open the app with this Alteryx instance, not any other instance you have open.
- Make sure your computer sound is on and the correct computer sound output is selected in your settings.
- If you get a long Python error, try closing the app and opening it again. If the error persists, try selecting a different workflow to load in. If the error still persists, try closing Alteryx and reopening. If the error still persists, you might not have the right Python setup :(
