I feel like I complicated mine in comparison to others, but got to the same result.

Honestly came to the same conclusion as LBhat and others at my first crack. Felt like a good way to build from Challenge 35 in a way.

Picked up a few tips on Find/Replace doing this one!

So tempting to do this in a one tool wonder with only one additional column within the formula tool. However I haven't I left it in just the one tool with my process broken down into many parts to show you how I would break it down to solve.

But if you are looking for the challenge it is possible 🙂
