Potatoes not potato

this one made me a little frustrated, as i'd question the data sources. There must be double counting in 2015, and 201516, so i'd be dubious of those figures and how we accurately decifer 2015 and 2016.

That said, I appreciate the challenge, and hat's off to @Yoshiro_Fujimori 's very elegant solution whose logic really appealed to me.
