1. In order to get to the solution make sure to filter city to everything except Doha and then use the Create points tool in order to configure the latitude and longitude. Then attach a browse tool to the output anchor and run the workflow. After the workflow runs, you can click on the browse tool and set the output to Alteryx Light mode to view the desirable output.

 

2. For the second output, connect create points tool to the false anchor of the filter used in the previous step and configure the latitude and longitude. Use and append fields tool to join outputs from true and false anchors of the filter tool. After that, use the "distance tool and configure the centroid to get the distance in miles. Use a select tool to get the desired output.
