I had a bit of confusion for the 3rd part of the question. I then realised it wanted the least eaten from the winning amounts. Watch out for the decimal place - who eats half a hotdog anyway :-)

Q3 is confusing, they should have ask, out of the winners for each year, who eat the minimum.

Anyways, I answered the minimum for each year as well.
